Skills
- Proven program management and operational leadership (7+ years)
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in tech, marketplace, or platform businesses
- Practical experience with workflow automation and orchestration tooling (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Airflow, Google Apps Script)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode)
- Experience managing BPO/vendor relationships at scale
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to structure ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale new operational programs and optimize existing processes end-to-end
- Leverage AI and workflow automation tools to increase operational efficiency and scalability
- Define success metrics and monitoring systems with Strategy & Analytics to ensure program performance
- Create and maintain SOPs, decision models, and escalation paths for consistent program delivery
- Manage BPO and vendor partnerships including onboarding, training, performance oversight, and continuous improvement
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Strategy & Operations across discovery, pilot, and scale phases
- Monitor program KPIs, identify gaps, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus but not required
- Relevant coursework or certifications in project/program management, analytics, or product operations helpful
