Responsibilities
- Conduct data analytics to track and monitor supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savings
- Generate regular reports and interactive dashboards to surface insights on efficiency, effectiveness, and risk areas
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, program management, IT, and engineering to collect and validate KPI data
- Analyze trends and patterns in supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities
- Report on program performance, highlight successes, and surface issues requiring management attention
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Support implementation of new KPIs and performance metrics as business needs evolve
- Document and standardize analytical procedures and reporting protocols
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred)
