Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily move, add, and change (MAC) requests across office and lab environments
- Plan and deliver office moves, reconfigurations, and restack projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets and ensure deadlines are met with minimal operational disruption
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and vendor activities (movers, furniture installers, service providers)
- Conduct regular audits of seating assignments, floorplans, furniture, and space functionality
- Manage ticketing requests for seating and furniture and track project costs and purchase orders
- Oversee vendor performance and maintain stakeholder communication and project documentation
- Work off-hours (nights/weekends) as required to meet project deadlines
- Support broader Facilities Operations functions and contribute to process improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
- PMP certification is a plus
