Senior Manager, Key Accounts (Remote)

ezCater is a leading US food-for-work technology company connecting workplaces to over 100,000 restaurants, offering scalable solutions and comprehensive food spend management. They seek a Senior Manager of Key Accounts to lead and develop a team driving growth with large corporate customers, managing account strategies and collaborating internally to boost adoption and revenue.

Skills

  • Strong B2B and enterprise sales management experience within complex organizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and G-Suite.
  • Capable of leading cross-functional projects and driving customer-focused innovations.
  • Data-driven approach to define program improvements using KPIs and metrics.
  • Experience selling to procurement and supply chain roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop Key Account Executives to improve skills and process for effective client engagement and sales.
  • Manage account growth plans with large corporate clients to increase user adoption and drive GMV.
  • Acquire new key corporate accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and independent work capabilities using company resources.
  • Streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events including conferences and tradeshows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
