Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements independently.
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory, IP, employment, international and corporate matters.
- Support corporate governance including board and committee meeting preparation and stock administration.
- Oversee global corporate administration and entity maintenance, ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Drive public company readiness and help build scalable legal processes and policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, product, engineering, HR, finance and senior leadership on strategic and operational issues.
Education
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission and good standing in a U.S. state bar (preferably NY or CA).
