Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or customer success is preferred.
Location: This role is based in Richland County, South Carolina, requiring travel to assigned districts 3-4 days per week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $65,000.

Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator (PC) is a critical role within the Customer Success team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations at assigned districts and schools. PCs serve as the primary on-the-ground representatives, interfacing with Points of Contact (POCs) and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our programs. This role allows Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on program health and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
