Pros

Lots of office events to get people mingling. Women's Professional Network for the women to get together and discuss work related topics. Awesome intern program for college aged kids. Flexible hours. Partial work from home options. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn as an engineer.

Cons

Certain client work can force employees to have to work above the required 40 hour week. There is no overtime pay. Bohler is a fast paced environment which might not be everyone's cup of tea.
