Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing supplement company operating across two core areas:

  • Direct-to-Consumer Brand – Offering high-quality health and wellness supplements under our own label.
  • White-Label & Brand Development Services – Partnering with content creators and entrepreneurs to help them launch their own supplement brands, managing everything from formulation to manufacturing and brand launch.

They have 2 businesses and both  are focused on building powerful health brands with innovative products, operational excellence, and client-first service.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead operations, product development workflows, and client communication across both our DTC brand and white-label partnerships. This role is central to ensuring our formulation, design, manufacturing, and delivery pipelines run smoothly — while maintaining strong profitability and operational efficiency.

You’ll work directly with founders, clients, designers, VAs, and overseas manufacturers. You’ll need to be a sharp communicator, fast problem-solver, and confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Own and optimize SOPs for product development, manufacturing coordination, and client onboarding.
  • Utilize tools like ClickUp to manage product timelines, deliverables, and supplier communication.
  • Track quotes, invoices, and POs to ensure alignment with product margins and profitability targets.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance for supplements and skincare (FDA, MOCRA, Amazon listings, labeling).

Product Development Oversight

  • Coordinate with manufacturers in Korea, China, and the U.S. on formula adjustments, ingredient sourcing, and QC.
  • Track batch production, shipping timelines (air/sea), and customs clearance processes.
  • Manage flavor and packaging R&D, including sample tracking and feedback consolidation.

Client & Brand Partner Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for Amazon aggregators, content creators, and white-label clients.
  • Send clear client-facing updates with milestone tracking on formulation, design, manufacturing, and shipping.
  • Manage the execution of creative briefs for branding, packaging, and marketing collateral.

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Assist with content planning for social media (TikTok, Instagram) and affiliate/creator outreach.
  • Coordinate with design and ecommerce teams for brand assets, site updates, and Amazon listing optimization.

Proactive Problem-Solving

  • Anticipate production or shipping delays and proactively propose backup plans to avoid disruption.

Maintain an organized archive of all quotes, product specs, and creative assets for future reference.

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in product development, DTC brands, supplements, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across time zones.
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello), Google Workspace, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the supplement, skincare, or health & wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify, including listing creation and compliance.
  • Ability to context-switch quickly between high-level strategy and day-to-day logistics.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills — especially with Korean and Chinese manufacturers.
  • Confident in using AI tools to streamline operations, build SOPs, and scale processes.

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $1200 - $1800 per month
