We're looking for a Head of Implementation to own and scale our customer onboarding function, ensuring every client launch is fast, seamless, and sets the stage for long-term success.
Own the implementation function at Glide from kickoff through go-live for all new clients.
Build the team: Hire, train and coach a team of implementation managers as we rapidly scale.
Create scalable processes: design playbooks, templates, and best practices to standardize delivery across all clients.
Proactively identify risks or delays—escalate and resolve issues creatively and effectively.
Measure and optimize metrics like implementation duration, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned priorities.
Act as the customer’s advocate—anticipate their needs, resolve questions preemptively, and drive satisfaction.
Proven experience overseeing customer implementations in a SaaS or fintech environment
Must have experience working with credit union or banking core systems
Strong customer empathy paired with operational rigor and process focus
Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to turn data into actionable insights and improve processes strategically.
Previous role leading implementations at an embedded fintech or SaaS startup.
Experience scaling teams and hiring implementation professionals.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, implementation tracking platforms, and analytics dashboards
Background in fintech or financial services
Understanding of the competitive landscape for credit union and banking software.
💸 Competitive Compensation:
As this role can be eligible for remote employees, the base salary range is $150,000-$190,000. This will be determined by previous experience and location. We also offer a generous equity package for joining us at Glide!
