Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality program and alliance management across a portfolio of partnered programs
- Plan and drive cross-functional team meetings, manage information flow and communications
- Translate scientific strategy (target discovery/validation/drug discovery) into practical plans, timelines and budgets
- Proactively identify, track and mitigate program risks; develop acceleration and risk/benefit plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; act as program ambassador
- Partner with Finance and PM teams to establish and monitor program budgets and resourcing
- Ensure efficient communication of program status and decisions to all organizational levels
Education
- BS or MS in a scientific discipline (life sciences preferred)
- PhD preferred but not required
