Overview

As a Creative Project Manager at Sage Dental, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects across multiple lines of business. The role combines project management rigor with creative intuition, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication and high-impact delivery of design and content assets.  You’ll work at the intersection of creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning, help build scalable processes in Asana, and support a culture of collaboration and accountability. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Own the creative production lifecycle from intake to delivery, including project and task creation, timeline management, managing resources, documenting approvals, and stakeholder communication. 

• Facilitate project tracking in Asana; maintain accurate metadata (e.g., status, priority, line of business). 

• Lead status meetings and proactively flag risks or blockers. 

• Translate briefs into actionable tasks; clarify scope and align teams on deliverables. 

• Partner with designers and content producers to ensure quality and consistency. 

• Review light creative work (e.g., layout, file prep, templates) as needed.  

• Manage the organization, naming conventions, and version control for creative assets for future reference and re-use. 

• Act as the main point of contact for marketing leads, business partners, and external vendors or resources. 

• Manage creative requests across multiple business lines (e.g., General Dentistry, Ortho, Brand, HR). 

• Help align creative output with brand and business objectives.  

• Drive the adoption of an Asana-based project tracking process. 

• Implement systems to track creative work by line of business. 

• Analyze performance data and contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 

• 3-5 years of experience in creative production, project management, design operations, or marketing within a fast-paced environment. 

• Background in in-house creative agency or agency environments or experience supporting marketing, brand, or internal communications teams is a plus. 

• Familiarity with design workflows and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
