What You’ll Do

  • As a Partnership Manager Hybrid Inside, you’ll drive growth and impact by managing a defined territory, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to K-12 clients. In this role you will:
  • Cultivate new and long-term customer relationships, identifying key contacts and conducting impactful meetings.
  • Expand existing programs and add new implementations through strategic cross-selling of Edmentum’s full portfolio.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and influence high-level decision makers to close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve ambitious objectives.
  • Stay informed on funding options and market trends to maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K-12 education.
  • You bring at least two years of sales experience, including presentations and outreach.
  • You are skilled in using CRM systems and managing client relationships.
  • You possess strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • You are adept at articulating technical concepts and translating customer needs into solutions.
  • You have a solid understanding of education and software markets.
  • You excel at planning, organization, and multitasking.
  • You are willing to travel within your territory.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

OTE is $150,000 - $160,000
