Responsibilities
- Drive innovative product and ingredient research with third party manufacturers
- Explore trends and product category opportunities to develop a 3+ year product launch roadmap
- Manage new product development from concept to commercialization, including review of marketing materials and production handoff
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Product Strategy, Marketing, Fragrance, Packaging, and Commercialization teams
- Manage timelines and onboarding of new manufacturers for product launches
- Build and refine cross-functional processes for product development and commercialization
- Maintain quality system documentation including clinical testing reports and formula specifications
- Lead and support the growth of a team of two direct reports
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar science field preferred
