- 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house counsel role
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating MSAs, sales, software/technology, and partnership agreements
- Experience building contract templates and scalable legal processes
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations
- Experience with contract automation or legal ops tooling
Responsibilities
- Serve as legal partner to Product Partnerships, Enterprise Merchants, Sales, and related business teams
- Draft, negotiate, and close a wide range of commercial agreements including MSAs, sales agreements, partnership and technology contracts
- Design and implement scalable contract templates, playbooks, and automated workflows for high-velocity deals
- Provide pragmatic legal advice that balances commercial objectives and legal risk in a fast-paced environment
- Drive cross-functional projects, prioritize work, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Identify process improvements and help operationalize repeatable legal solutions
- Promote compliance and support smart decision-making across the business
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in any U.S. state bar
