Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
- Develop case strategies, handle negotiations, and prepare for trial, including drafting pleadings and motions
- Conduct thorough legal research and complex motion practice
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategy, KPI review, and performance improvements
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to advance case objectives
- Supervise case workflows, prioritize matters, and ensure deadlines and ethical obligations are met
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to promote professional development and a positive work culture
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license
- Continuing legal education relevant to personal injury practice preferred
