The Mid-Level Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing infrastructure and IT-related projects with a focus on cybersecurity alignment. This role provides full lifecycle project management—covering planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting—while ensuring all project objectives are met within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager interfaces with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive quality delivery and ensure compliance with contractual and technical standards.

Manage and coordinate the execution of field and task-level infrastructure projects with a focus on ITA Cyber Security alignment.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and task assignments to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Interface with stakeholders including end users, technical teams, vendors, and client services to ensure cross-functional coordination.
Monitor project scope, schedule, and cost performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Analyze technical, methodological, or tool-related project issues and propose effective solutions.
Supervise personnel involved in project execution, providing clear direction and quality oversight.
Manage vendor integrations and oversee tracking and evaluation of third-party deliverables.
Prepare project documentation, including project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), risk registers, quality assurance plans, communication plans, and progress reports.
Maintain continuous customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance.
Use judgment and analytical skills to resolve non-routine project issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline or Project Management certification (PMP or FAC/PPM or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in IT or infrastructure projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with cybersecurity stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools and practices (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects or task orders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting federal government IT programs or working within government contracting environments.
Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, or FedRAMP standards and security controls.
Understanding of infrastructure environments (cloud, network, systems) and cybersecurity integration.
