The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and technically fluent Implementation Lead to join our Customer Success team. As Parspec continues to scale, enterprise customers are transitioning from manual, fragmented workflows to fully integrated digital systems—and you will play a central role in that transformation.

In this foundational position, you will lead the end-to-end implementation process for some of our most strategic customers. You’ll work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver ERP and CRM integrations with Parspec’s platform. From running technical discovery and data mapping sessions to coordinating with internal teams, you’ll quarterback each implementation with precision and care.

Our ideal candidate is a systems thinker, problem solver, and excellent communicator with strong technical aptitude. You’ll not only execute integrations—you’ll help define and scale the frameworks and best practices that ensure every customer is set up for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from kickoff through go-live

• Collaborate with customer IT and business teams to map existing workflows and design integration plans with Parspec’s platform

• Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops, capturing requirements and identifying blockers

• Design and document integration workflows, including system architecture, field mapping, and data flows (primarily for ERP and CRM systems)

• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication

• Support API-based and middleware integrations (e.g., Workato), partnering closely with Parspec’s Product and Engineering teams

• Analyze and transform customer data to support configuration and testing efforts (leveraging Excel, SQL, and lightweight scripting)

• Build repeatable templates, documentation, and tooling to scale future rollouts

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who handle enablement and long-term account success

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or solutions consulting in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment

• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Eclipse)

• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier)

• Strong data handling skills: Excel/Google Sheets, data mapping, light SQL or scripting

• Proven ability to lead complex implementations and work cross-functionally across customer and internal teams

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a bias toward ownership and action

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience at an early-stage SaaS company or in a high-growth, ambiguous environment

• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools

• Background in construction, building materials, or distribution technology

• Comfort with process improvement, technical documentation, and implementation playbook creation
