As a Key Account Director at Degreed, you will manage key global accounts and drive their growth and retention through strategic initiatives and collaboration with internal teams.

As a Key Account Director, you’ll report to the VP of Global Accounts and take ownership of growing and retaining Degreed’s flagship accounts. In close partnership with our Client Success Directors, you’ll lead strategic account expansion and ensure long-term client success through the adoption of Degreed’s innovative solutions.

The total base salary range of $120,000 – $160,000, with total on-target earnings (OTE) between $130,000 – $160,000, including variable compensation.
