Senior Demand Generation Marketer

Defense Unicorns is a mission-driven company focused on secure, cloud-native software delivery for federal and enterprise customers. They are hiring a Senior Demand Generation Marketer to build and scale an end-to-end demand engine—designing and executing multi-channel, ABM-driven campaigns to create predictable, revenue-driving pipeline across B2B and B2G accounts.

Skills

  • Proven experience building pipeline-focused demand generation campaigns that impacted revenue
  • Deep expertise in ABM strategy and campaign orchestration
  • Strong marketing automation and CRM skills (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Fluency in analytics, attribution modeling, and funnel reporting
  • Paid media management (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting) and content syndication experience
  • Conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
  • Experience marketing to complex buying groups in enterprise or government (B2G)
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and sales partnership skills
  • Comfortable in startup/high-growth environments and building from zero

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns (digital, email, webinars, paid media) to generate marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Build and operationalize scalable 1:1 account-personalized outreach for high-value federal and enterprise accounts.
  • Own paid and organic channel strategy (LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, retargeting) and optimize for pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, CTAs, and landing pages to maximize lead quality and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Track and report campaign KPIs, ROI, funnel metrics, and pipeline sourced/influenced.
  • Partner with Sales to create lead handoff processes, account-based plays, and meeting-driving programs tied to events and tradeshows.
  • Activate persona-specific messaging with Product Marketing and Content mapped to the buyer’s journey.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to manage and optimize HubSpot, PostHog, and the broader martech stack for scalable operations.
  • Run experiments on new channels and tactics to expand reach and accelerate learning velocity.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent practical experience considered in lieu of degree
