Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington is seeking driven, results-oriented individuals to join our Entry-Level Sales team. This role is designed for go-getters who are excited by sales, motivated by bonuses, and looking to grow with a nationally recognized brand.


What's in it for You?
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm.
  • High Earning Potential: Hourly rate with an increase after 90 day, plus uncapped bonuses. Top performers earn between $80,000-$90,000 annually.
  • $500 Signing Bonus: Earn a signing bonus after a 90-day introductory period.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Canvass local neighborhoods to connect with homeowners and generate qualified leads.
  • Sales Mindset: Discuss promotions, highlight value propositions, and create urgency for booking appointments.
  • Goal-Driven Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Brand Representation: Present Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure seamless lead conversion.
  • Additional Duties: Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior sales, retail or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Motivated by Success: Thrives in a bonus-driven environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Communication: Clear, persuasive and confident communicator.


Physical Requirements
  • Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.
  • Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.  


$20 - $33 an hour
Our Entry-Level Sales Reps start at $20 per hour and can earn $33+ per hour with generous bonuses.
