D.A. Davidson, an employee-owned Financial Services firm, is seeking an exceptionally sharp, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the D.A. Davidson Trust team in the important role of Trust Operations Associate.  You’ll work closely with the Trust Operations Team to deliver an exceptional client experience by diligently administering and managing trust accounts. 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.

• Previous experience in the financial service industry or operations is a plus.

• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and other proprietary systems.

• Proven ability to follow policies and procedures and exercise good judgment and discretion when working with confidential client information.

• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various professionals such as Financial Advisors, attorneys, and CPA’s. 

Duties:

• Maintain a working knowledge of Davidson Trust Company policies and procedures.

• Support daily operational functions including transfers, fees and statements; ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations. 

• Complete security set-up in the system and perform regular maintenance. 

• Provide back up support to other Operations Associates on the team. 

• Support tax processing including the processing of all applicable withholdings. 

• Process monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. 

• Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of trust accounting principles.

• Research and respond to client requests as necessary. 

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
