Summary/Function: 

As an Operations Scanner you will scan/verify documents to contribute to the accurate and timely electronic storage/filing of client account information.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to operate a PC and scanner

• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Follow policies and procedures. Maintain client confidentiality.

• Communicate in a clear and service oriented manner. Use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information.

• Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients. Relate with others in a professional manner in order to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives.

• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Duties:

• Scan/Verify all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

• Scan/Verify historic files opened prior to electronic storage

• Maintain the storage system for all scanned documents to ensure the accurate filing of information and quick retrieval

• Assist in the mailing of client communications, performing basic quality control checks and stuffing communications in envelopes for mailing

• Perform any other tasks as assigned
