As a Sr Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for clients within their group retiree line of business. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to develop relationships internally and externally, grow our business through retention, and offer cost saving solutions to existing clients. Position Summary:
Required Qualifications
-5-10+ years sales and/or employer group account management experience in the medical insurance and/or pharmacy industry.
-Experience Developing Relationships
-Life and Health license for resident state or must pass exam with 90 days of hire.
-5-10+ years of Medicare experience preferred.
-Travel Required between 25-50%
Preferred Qualifications
Remote Work Experience Upselling and Cross Selling Group Medicare Products Large or National Client Account Management experience
Education
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
