Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager HR Operations, you will be directly supporting various business units within the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness division. You will play a lead role shaping the future of CVS Health’s Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness (PCW) strategies. Your role will be the driving force in translating critical ideas into actionable plans that align with our purpose and can be seamlessly integrated into our everyday operations.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between HR and other business units. This role requires the ability to effectively demonstrate lateral leadership, through a combination of interpersonal skills, relationship building, effective communication and strategic thinking. You will have a strong emphasis on enabling data driven business decisions and contributing to the overall strategic HR planning for the organization. Your expertise in both operational practices and HR processes will enable you to effectively navigate the complex intersections between these two areas and consult on initiatives that have a tangible and positive impact on how we work.
Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement a strategic workforce plan to align HR priorities with the overall business strategy. Analyze workforce trends and identify gaps for action. Act as a critical partner to Talent Acquisition, driving key staffing initiatives for our PCW partners. Actively influencing the organization to be proactive with meeting our talent needs, reducing risk for talent shortages or surpluses. Align resources and teams to prepare for business influx or ramp down for key business units using metrics and data insights to inform decision making.
Collaborate with key Centers of Excellence (COEs): Serve as a liaison between the COEs and business units to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR strategies and programs. Provide insightful feedback to COEs regarding design, development, and deployment of HR Initiatives to meet the specific needs of the broad business this role supports. Ability to influence COEs in deployment of resources and to drive business outcomes
HR Project Management: Establish project teams, assign roles and responsibilities and set clear objectives and timelines and ensuring effective communication and coordination of efforts throughout the project lifecycle. This includes conducting regular project status update meetings, monitoring progress, identifying and addressing risks and ensuring any projects are completed on schedule and have been scoped to remain in budget if applicable.
HRBP Education and Development: Responsible for HRBP education aimed at enhancing their skill set on key people initiatives being deployed under the PCW organization, with a priority to enhance processes such as payroll and time & attendance. Responsible for engaging the right partners to deliver training, resources and communication to the HRBPs, this includes cyclical events such as benefits enrollment and year-end processes.
Data Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making processes within the HR Operations department and foster a culture of data driven decision making, where insights and analytics are regularly reviewed and used to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Strategy and executions: Drive change in our PCW business through key HR projects and cyclical events. Develop and execute on HR strategies that align with the business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years Human Resources or Operations experience or equivalent in another similar field
1 year of formal or informal Project management or consulting experience
Ability to travel up to 10-15% (including plane travel)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
