  • 10+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success experience with proven track record of retention and expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for customer growth and success measurement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including engagement with executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing complex customer relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Problem-solving mindset comfortable with ambiguity and strategic thinking.
  • Business acumen to align product usage with customer business objectives and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of global, complex enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as a facilitator, coach, and advisor.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and mitigate risk by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and actionable insights to improve customer maturity and product usage.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate internally for customer-centric solutions.
  • Engage with high-level stakeholders including VPs and above to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
