Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of global, complex enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as a facilitator, coach, and advisor.
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and mitigate risk by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and actionable insights to improve customer maturity and product usage.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate internally for customer-centric solutions.
- Engage with high-level stakeholders including VPs and above to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
