The Role: At-a-GlanceThe Leasing Analytics & Administration Specialist plays a critical leadership role in optimizing leasing strategies across the CLS portfolio. This individual ensures pricing accuracy, analyzes market trends, and drives operational excellence in leasing to achieve top-tier occupancy and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has extensive hands-on experience with the Entrata and Yardi leasing systems. Familiarity with AI systems in marketing and leasing is also a plus. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with senior leadership, property teams, and corporate departments.
