Job Summary

Responsible for senior leader administrative support and project management in fast-paced and dynamic environment. Maintains knowledge of corporate activities to assist in policy, procedure, and administrative matters. Political knowledge/skills preferred. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. Performs responsibilities in such a way as to project the appropriate professional image of the Company. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to the Senior Vice President and other senior leaders within the Political Engagement organization.
• Assures the planning and efficient coordination of an executive’s calendar of events; schedules appointments, including travel accommodation, event registrations; etc.
• Organize and coordinate large meetings, including, when appropriate, preparing agendas, presentations, taking minutes, and following up on action items.  
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and department invoice management.
• Coordinates with Accounts Payable regarding payment status, problem solving and troubleshooting when needed; maintains CyberGrants sponsorship records for the department.
• Assists with supporting Political Engagement leadership with the preparation for speaking engagements, panels, and other presentations.
• Research and create briefing materials for senior leadership meetings taking place with Administration members, Members of Congress, and others.
• Consistently monitors societal issues and current events; attends briefings to enhance knowledge of the current landscape.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of high-profile political events.
• Assist with the maintenance and management of relevant Airtable database(s).
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with other special research projects as assigned.
