Creative Marketing Specialist

This is a hybrid role, based in New York City, NY. Candidates outside of NYC will not be considered.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with our Marketing team to create engaging visual and multimedia content that supports our enterprise B2B growth goals. From conference presentations to social media content, you'll help translate our technical capabilities into visually compelling stories that resonate with higher education decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching conference booth materials, presentations, and collateral that make CollegeVine stand out at major higher education events.

  • Create multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations) that explains complex AI concepts in accessible ways.

  • Support events and experiences with branded materials and post-event content.

  • Create social media content that builds our presence in higher education and AI communities.

  • Design customer success stories and case studies that showcase real institutional impact.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling demo materials and sales collateral.

  • Support talent marketing initiatives by creating engaging content that showcases our company culture and attracts top candidates.

  • Help execute ambitious growth experiments!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong personal taste and creative instincts, combined with the ability to leverage AI tools effectively to execute your vision

  • Scrappy, hardworking mentality with genuine eagerness to learn - we value hustle and curiosity over technical perfection

  • 1-3 years of experience in creative marketing, graphic design, or multimedia content creation (or equivalent self-taught skills)

  • Proficiency with design software (Figma is a must) and willingness to quickly learn new tools as needed

  • Interest in learning about AI/technology and translating technical concepts visually

  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high creative standards

  • Collaborative mindset and appetite for taking on diverse projects

  • Portfolio demonstrating creative range and strong aesthetic sense

  • Role is hybrid in New York City.

Preferred Qualifications (Not required but bonus points if you have them!):

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics capabilities (or excitement to develop these skills)

  • Experience creating content for B2B audiences (bonus points for education or enterprise software)
