- In-depth understanding of internet protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP and related security concepts including Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, and Zero Trust.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical problems and providing proactive scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong curiosity and passion about internet technology and ongoing industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and product expert for enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Guide customers in implementing Cloudflare products and services with a focus on complex environments and best technical practices.
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Develop and deliver technical customer workshops and contribute to internal and external documentation.
- Identify expansion opportunities and promote customer retention by communicating product or feature gaps.
- Participate in knowledge sharing to improve the CSE organization’s success.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
