Procurement Digital & Analytics Manager
Skills
- 5+ years in procurement, finance operations, program management, or related analytical roles
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects end-to-end
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with Celonis, Alteryx, or similar process mining/data prep tools
- Experience building automation using scripting, coding, or AI tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of global procurement platform deployments, including sprint prioritization, UAT, governance, and hypercare.
- Maintain PMO artifacts (RAID logs, project plans, decision trackers) and prepare materials for Steering Committees and QBRs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for Spend Under Management, savings pipeline, and operational SLA adherence.
- Perform data cleansing, consolidation, and analysis to produce executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Use process mining and analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Evaluate and support implementation of new procurement technologies, including AI-driven solutions for contract review and spend analytics.
- Create and maintain training resources, run enablement sessions, and execute change management campaigns to drive adoption.
- Manage stakeholder communications, gather user feedback, and iterate on process and system improvements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Relevant project or change management certifications are a plus (PMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum)
