- Monthly re-forecast of demand by channel, including manual adjustments for seasonality.
- Review of open purchase orders and adjust based on new demand needs.
- Create new purchase orders for future demand.
- Review channel level requests for inventory.
- Review sell in and sell out for any wholesale channels.
- New product set up and create a demand plan point of view, by channel.
- New vendor set up and negotiations.
- S&OP planning and deck creation/presentation.
- Bill of materials (BOM) updates internally and externally.
- Confidently communicate and present progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
