- Experience troubleshooting technical problems with a passion for internet technologies.
- Proficiency or experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Technical curiosity and commitment to staying current with Cloudflare products and internet industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Deliver timely onboarding, technical best practices, and proactive guidance to customers.
- Collaborate across teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
- Create and deliver content for technical workshops and support technical escalations.
- Identify expansion opportunities and communicate product or feature gaps for retention.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and internal/external documentation within the CSE organization.

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technology or related fields.
