Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of facility accounts, serving as primary point of contact
- Resolve client issues, ensure billing/invoice accuracy, and maintain strong account health
- Build credibility with clinical and executive stakeholders by understanding clinical workflows
- Communicate product value and educate stakeholders on workflows and best practices
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to inform roadmap
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute trials, initiatives, and client requests
- Travel locally (~20–35%) to meet with assigned healthcare facilities when required

- Bachelor's degree (required)
