The New York City Department of Investigation (“DOI”) is one of the oldest law enforcement agencies in the country; its mission is to combat municipal corruption. - Training Logistics Coordination: Manage scheduling, communication, materials, and space for training sessions across the agency.
- Proofreading and Editing: Review training materials and communications for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Program Development & Administration: Assist with the design, implementation, and tracking of training programs and initiatives.
- Curriculum Development & Instruction: Collaborate on content creation and may occasionally facilitate internal training sessions.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Maintain records, troubleshoot user issues, and support data reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support training efforts.
- Field Training Support: Travel as needed throughout the Tri-State Area to support regional training sessions.
- Administrative & Clerical Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth training operations.
