About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on senior UX designer to play a key role in defining the overall design and product experience of Ciroos. This is a unique opportunity to impact the user experience of an AI-native offering for our customers, that includes advanced topics around data visualization, enterprise integrations and human-AI collaboration. You will collaborate with our founders, product leaders, fellow UX designers, and UI engineers towards this collective mission.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive key design experiences for our products, from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Collaborate closely with customers, founders, peer UX designers, product leaders, and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into elegant, intuitive designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights that inform and validate design decisions.

• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and a consistent brand experience across all use cases.

• Stay current and adopt state-of-the-art UX trends, AI tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work on enterprise-class products.

• Prior experience in designing significant areas of B2B enterprise SaaS applications that have been deployed by customers.

• Prior experience in any one of the following areas: observability, cybersecurity, cloud or enterprise IT software.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• Deep customer empathy and expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.

• A strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles, with a keen eye for what resonates with enterprise users.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Passion for and expertise in using AI tools to enhance productivity and the design process.

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile startup environment.
