Skills
- Bilingual Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring experience
- Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and multi-channel outreach
- Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring compliance (EEO, pay transparency, ban-the-box)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable using video conferencing and collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles: intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and competitive strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies and maintain active pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
- Coordinate structured interview processes, schedule interviews, manage assessments, and ensure timely feedback.
- Prepare competitive offers, facilitate offer discussions, and coordinate onboarding with HR Operations.
- Maintain ATS records, ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP and local hiring laws, and track recruiting KPIs.
- Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience and represent the employer brand.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR) are a plus
