Director of Product Marketing, Member Experience

Chime is a consumer fintech company focused on helping members achieve financial progress. We're hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead the Member Experience platform—owning product marketing strategy across app journeys, personalization, and member communications, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Lifecycle Marketing to drive engagement, adoption, and retention.

Skills

  • End-to-end product marketing for digital consumer experiences in fintech or fast-paced tech
  • Experience in B2C credit card or financial services product initiatives
  • Data-driven storytelling and metrics-based decision making
  • Proven ability to build and scale product marketing teams
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude or similar)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Experience designing and executing personalization and lifecycle strategies

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the Member Experience organization with Product, Engineering, and Lifecycle Marketing to set strategy and execution
  • Own end-to-end product marketing for app journeys, personalization, and member communications
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing PMM team, managing direct reports and hiring new talent
  • Drive quarterly roadmap alignment by partnering with Product to influence prioritization and launch plans
  • Measure and drive impact on KPIs including feature adoption, NPS, and member retention
  • Serve as the member advocate across product and marketing, using insights to inform strategy
  • Translate data and market intelligence into persuasive narratives for stakeholders and executives

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Graduate degree (MBA) preferred but not required
