As the FPGA Manager, you will oversee planning, development, integration, and delivery of FPGA solutions that support cutting-edge products across various industries, such as aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or industrial automation. You will work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to ensure FPGA designs meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.

The successful candidate will present engineering design review materials to our customers and executive team, as well as participate in proposal-writing efforts. As such, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • Familiarity with AMD (Xilinx), Intel (Altera), and/or Microchip FPGA toolchains and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital signal processing, high-speed interfaces, and SoC integration.
  • Experience with configuration management, design reviews, and formal verification methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage multiple concurrent programs.
