Responsibilities
- Manage engineering team responsible for avionics system-level integration, design validation, and test
- Oversee development and operation of integrated testbeds, including HITL and subsystem platforms
- Lead validation of avionics system and subsystem designs (power, fault tolerance/isolation, network behavior, software validation)
- Support flight-vehicle avionics hardware installation, checkouts, and on-console test operations
- Lead development of integrated-system GSE for vehicle and engine
- Develop vehicle-level avionics CONOPs, go/no-go criteria, system automation, and operator manuals
- Coordinate cross-functional integration with propulsion, GNC, fluids, and stage engineering teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
