- Strong experience in process improvement, value realization and analytics
- Familiarity with SaaS/business applications (e.g., SAP), BI tools, RPA and AI agents
- Proficiency with SQL and/or Python for data analysis
- Excellent executive communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Consulting mindset with strong problem-solving and project management abilities
- Deep industry knowledge in Retail or CPG and understanding of finance and supply chain domains
Responsibilities
- Translate customer strategic priorities into Celonis use cases, demos and business cases
- Run Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects and present findings to C-level stakeholders
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Drive adoption, expansion and renewal as the end-to-end owner of the customer value journey
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
- Partner with product and services to feed back use cases and improve platform capabilities
- Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement improvement actions and change initiatives
Education
- Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Management, Informatics, Mathematics or similar
