- Comfort with learning and using technical tools; scripting (Python) and Salesforce are a plus
- Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and historical data conversions using Addepar best practices
- Manage project scope, timelines, and expectations for multiple simultaneous implementations
- Deliver client outcomes aligned to expectations and transition clients to a best-practice operating model
- Communicate project health and status to internal and external senior stakeholders
- Develop scalable processes, templates, and methodologies to minimize effort and duration
- Own delivery assurance for third-party engagements and maintain 100% documentation compliance
- Train clients and internal stakeholders on platform functionality and configuration
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications or coursework in project management or financial services are a plus
