RethinkCare is seeking a remote Director of Family and Clinical Services who will provide 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents of children with behavioral needs and neurodivergent professionals.

Responsibilities: Conduct teleconsultation services for parents and neurodivergent professionals, provide guidance on ABA principles, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to conduct consultations, and experience with ABA principles in diverse settings.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and extensive experience in ABA with a focus on cultural humility and supporting neurodivergent individuals.

Location: Remote opportunities available in specific US states

Compensation: $80000 - $85000 / Annually

Job Description/Key Responsibilities 

The Director of Family and Clinical Services primary responsibility is to conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services (over phone or video chat) across two distinct teams:  

1. A parent training program, consisting of parents and caregivers raising children with various learning and behavioral needs 
2. A neurodiversity at work program, consisting of both neurodivergent professionals and/or their managers 

The Director will put emphasis on the ongoing nature of consultation and strive to ensure regular follow-ups with the client are achieved. They will log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to client messages within 1 business day. 

This role includes providing guidance and education around: 

• Behavior analytic tips and strategies to implement in the home/community (e.g., potty training, social skills, advocacy skills, activities of daily living, etc.) 
• The school system/IEP process/transition to adulthood programming 
• Navigating diagnoses, disclosure, self-advocacy, and building executive functioning skills in the workplace 
• Referrals to other company-sponsored benefits when appropriate (EAP, health plan, etc.) 

This role will operate as an individual contributor but collaborate regularly with fellow Directors on case review and shared problem-solving. This role also can expand into related activities, such as article writing and webinar hosting, if desired. 

Required Education, Licenses, and Certification 

• Master’s Degree or above 
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst 

Skills and Experience 

• Minimum 8 years as a BCBA, working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing modern, ethical, compassionate, and person-centered ABA principles  
• Minimum 5 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA and cultural humility principles 
• Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals (e.g., ADHD and Level 1 autism) in the workplace 
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to manage frequent back-to-back calls and pivot seamlessly among them 
• Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision and take initiative 
• Ability to make independent decisions and communicate accordingly  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of vital project/client information 
• Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team to connect, remotely, with colleagues of all professional backgrounds  
• Excellent organizational and executive functioning skills 
• Bilingual capabilities, and ability to work international time zones, strongly preferred 
• Neurodivergent BCBAs strongly encouraged to apply

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
