- Strong value-selling and executive stakeholder management
- Experience with business data analysis, process improvement, and value realization
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and business applications (e.g., SAP)
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, dashboards, and action flows; knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- Understanding of AI agents, RPA, BI tools and how they integrate with process intelligence
- Project management and change management capabilities
- Deep healthcare industry domain expertise
Responsibilities
- Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into Celonis use cases, demos, and business cases
- Lead Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects, communicating value opportunities and roadmaps to C-level stakeholders
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify qualified opportunities for process enhancement
- Derive and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives to realize measurable value
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey: land, expand, adopt and renew
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, partners and Product teams to scale use cases and feed product enhancements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, Management, Informatics, Mathematics or similar
- Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS or related) for senior roles
