Skills
- Experience in Identity and Access Management with practical system integration and implementation
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and TCP/IP networking
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and web technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Familiarity with Ping or ForgeRock products and enterprise IAM patterns
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer-facing consulting skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical consulting, architecture, and implementation for Ping Identity IAM products to customers and partners across industries
- Assess client environments, define current and future states, and recommend practical solution designs and best practices
- Install, configure, and deploy Ping solutions to meet customer requirements, including hands-on system integration
- Create and maintain technical materials such as best-practice guides, deployment templates, and knowledge-base articles
- Mentor and assist internal and partner teams in technical delivery and implementation practices
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams on escalations requiring deployment expertise
- Travel up to 20% to customer or partner sites as needed
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant professional training or certifications in IAM or security are a plus
