CDW is seeking a Sales Operations Representative for their Federal division to maximize account manager productivity through operational support and customer interaction. The role features order management, order status updates, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include assisting account managers with quotes and order processing, providing order updates to customers, and managing orders and bids through various internal systems.
Skills: Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational abilities, and customer service experience.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree or 2 years in a related field, 2+ years of sales or technology experience, and certifications in advanced technology.
Location: This is a remote position based in Illinois, United States, with up to 10% travel required.
Compensation: $40000 - $56000 / Annually

Job summary
The role of the Sales Operations Representative (SOR) is to maximize the productivity of Account Manager(s) through direct partnership. The SOR will provide operational order management support, and will handle order escalation through ServiceNow, Drop Ship Emergency and Credit. SORs are also responsible for interacting with external customers to provide order status updates, quotes, and other requests.
