Responsibilities: Manage editorial workflow, create and revise instructional units, review manuscripts for accuracy, mentor team members, and conduct market analyses.
Skills: 5+ years in educational publishing, strong ELA/literacy knowledge for grades 6–12, expertise in editorial style and digital tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; experience in educational publishing and strong editorial skills necessary.

We’re looking for a Senior Editorial Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of the editorial experience across our literacy products. If you love shaping instructional content, thinking in systems, mentoring editors, and ensuring that every piece of text—across lessons, platform screens, and teacher-facing materials—works together with clarity and purpose, this role is for you.
You’ll partner closely with Instructional Design, Product Management, and Production to bring engaging, equitable, high-quality literacy content to life. This is a role for someone who loves the details and the big picture—someone who thrives on turning ideas into polished, instructionally sound experiences for students and teachers.
