About The Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue for our flagship product, from top of funnel marketing to customer retention. This high-impact position combines strategic ownership with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll lead GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and enablement for our most mature product and category.
You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product & Corporate Marketing and work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps. Your work will directly influence company growth and market perception, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audiences and deliver clear value.
