Join a team that makes a difference in the lives of thousands of students. The BYU Financial Aid Office is looking for Financial Aid Specialists who are detail-oriented, student-focused, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Financial Aid Specialists play a key role in guiding students through the federal financial aid process. From evaluating FAFSA applications to resolving discrepancies and providing critical support to students and families, this role blends compliance, service, and collaboration.
You'll respond to student inquiries, process documentation, award aid packages, and help maintain institutional and federal compliance. As you grow in the role, there's potential for advancement and a pay increase based on demonstrated competency.

Typical Starting Pay: $20.00-$25.75 ($41,600-$53,560)
