Role & Responsibilities
BridgeWay is growing and looking to a sales rep to our existing territory in Georgia to perform recruitment type services. The candidate must live in the Greater Atlanta area and would be responsible for working with dentists who are either looking for a job or looking to hire a dentist to work for them. From sourcing new leads, to presenting opportunities and contract negotiations, this role is all encompassing. Most of these tasks are done over the phone, working remotely. However, there will be some in-person meetings with clients and networking opportunities. The learning curve is steep, but management will be there to help you every step of the way. The job requires you to have an understanding of some legal and business concepts, as well as an understanding of dentistry, which we can teach you.
