- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills

- Experience with budgeting, cost planning, and month-end reconciliations
- Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, and Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of cost recognition and ERP systems for budgeting and planning
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Responsibilities
- Support and challenge forecast/planning cycles ensuring forecast accuracy
- Own forecasting process for headcount planning and expense budgeting
- Report on financial results versus targets and analyze variances
- Develop financial models to drive strategic business decisions
- Support forecasting key revenue streams and identify risk areas
- Assist with Professional Services revenue planning and cost mitigation
- Collaborate with department leaders to integrate business insights into forecasts
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
